Are you sick of performing 6 week challenges one after the other, along with yo-yo dieting, only to be left dissatisfied with your progress? The reason why these challenges usually don’t work is because 6 weeks i not enough time to get into great shape, and those generic cookie cutter diets don’t do much either.

This 16 week challenge will involve you with a group of motivated and like-minded people who will be pushing each other to get into the best shape of your lives. The tribe element of fitness has been proven to make people less likely to quit on their fitness journeys, as accountability is a powerful driving factor. You will receive customized nutrition plans along with calories and macro nutrients best suited towards your individualized fitness goals! By participating in this challenge, your metabolic markers, strength, muscle mass, and overall mood and energy will all be at a personal best. During these 16 weeks, there will be two different training and nutrition program cycles: An 8 week bulking nutrition and training plan to help build up muscle and strength in your weak points, then an 8 week nutrition and training cutting program to burn off body fat while maintaining your newly built muscle.This will result in leaner and more muscular frame, along with a highly stoked metabolism! Ladies, there’s no need to fear bulking up, this challenge will not make you overly muscular!

The sign up fee to enter the challenge is $50. This money will be used to enter into a prize pool amongst all participants. The following winners will receive cash prizes:

1st place for the cutting phase

1st place male overall

1st place female overall

The fee for a customized nutrition plan ONLY is an additional $100 for each cycle. If you you would like BOTH a training and nutrition program, then a small discount will be awarded, as it will cost $175 instead of $200, in addition to the $50 entry fee. For example, if you would like both plans, you would be paying $175 for the 8 week bulking cycle, then $175 for the 8 week bulking cycle, in addition to the one time $50 entry fee. Therefore it would cost a total of $400 for the entirety of the 16 week challenge. You can either pay all up front, or by the cycle. If you don’t need either of these plans, you can still compete in the challenge. You would then only owe the $50 entry fee to then be placed into the prize pool.
