I’m Pat, and I help turn your fitness goals into reality.

My name is Pat DeSavino. My mission here at DeSavino Fitness is to help people achieve their ideal physiques en route to optimizing their mental health and boosting their self-esteem, as I approach fitness and health in a holistic fashion.

I graduated from Marywood University in 2022, where I received my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, along with a minor in Nutrition. I have been an avid weightlifter and Nutrition junkie since 2015, so I have experienced much trial and error on my fitness journey that has led to my vast amounts of knowledge on these topics.

I will help ensure clear lines of communication with all my clients, and I will make sure you are sticking to your workouts to get the results you desire to live a life filled with vitality and longevity.
